Good Morning Everyone! 

Hope you all had a good day yesterday.


My day went well.  The temps. were about 10 degrees cooler then this weekend, so I was able to mow some grass after work.  That is my kind of cardio, productive exercise.  Hopefully I will be able to finish the mowing  tonight and then trim and sweep up on Wednesday after work.  I have decided to try and get more of my chores done after work during the week and then I will have more time for the fun things on the weekend.

Today will be another day of paperwork at the office.  I was pleasantly interrupted by clients all day yesterday, so I was not able to even put a dent in my many piles of paperwork.

My plan for today are as follows:

1. Click/chocolite/PB2/banana/almond milk frapp
2. cottage cheese and strawberries (never got to them yesterday)
3. Salad w/ leftover steak (never got to it yesterday)
4. Pure Protein bar
5. Grilled braut w/onions, peppers and yellow squash
6. not sure

We have a new gas grill so I am so looking forward to the grilled veggies.

Morning everyone!

So thios morning I kicked my husband's 4 ft 50 lb guitar speaker cabinet, and I was barefoot... my foot is aching something fierce today. But I'm going to power through it and get to the Body Conditioning class today. Its killing me though!

I DID HORIBLE LAST NIGHT....I HAD MY EVENING SNACK PLANNED OUT AND STILL DID NOT FOLLOW THE "PLAN" HUBBY IS FUSSING CAUSE HE IS ALMOST 230...HE WANTS TO BE 190..SOO I MADE UP MY MIND NOT TO BUY ICE CREAM ( BIG TEMPTATION FOR ME) ORRR HIS CANDY BARS ANYMORE...HE WILL JUST HAVE TO EAT IT WHILE HE IS "OUT" AT WORK OR SOMETHING... IF ITS NOT THERE WE CAN'T EAT IT....
